If there’s one thing the Golden State is known for, it’s the beaches. Wherever you are on the coast, there’s a beach to be enjoyed. Whether you want to surf in San Diego or bodyboard in the Bay Area, you can’t go wrong. Even if all you plan to do is lay down and enjoy the sun, there’s no better place than on one of California’s beaches. Here are some of my favorites.
