California has its fair share of “America’s best idea.” While you may not have Ken Burns narrating your stay in Yosemite, you won’t need it to have a life-changing experience in a beautiful California national park. For fans of the desert, there’s Joshua Tree National Park. Fans of the mountains can head to Yosemite or Sequoia. Those who want something a little more unique can check out Lassen Volcanic National Park or sail to Channel Islands National Park. Here are some of my favorite national park adventures.
